Thanks for ordering (or thinking of ordering) our delicious Chilli condiments. We thought it might help to explain our postage costs so that you can select the best value one for your needs!

Our tasty bad boys weight quite a bit so there are a few different options available for you to select:

U.K.

Royal Mail Parcel 2nd Class up to 2kg:  £3.00

Royal Mail Parcel 2nd Class up to 15kg:  £6.50

Royal Mail Parcel 2nd Class up to 30kg:  £13.00

Royal Mail Parcel 1st Class up to 2kg:   £5.65

Royal Mail Parcel 1st Class up to 15kg:   £8.00

Royal Mail Parcel 1st Class up to 30kg:   £16.00

European Orders:

Parcelforce Tracked up to 2kg:   £17.50

Parcelforce Tracked up to 30kg:   £35.00

(The above European prices are postage estimates as the cost varies from country to country. If we can get your parcel to you cheaper - and we possibly will - we'll refund the difference in your postage to your account via the website!)

So I hope that explains our postage charges to you. We aim to get every parcel packed and posted within 48hrs of you ordering. However if you order on a weekend we won't be able to post it until the following Monday. If you're planning to order LOTS of jars give us a shout first so that we can check out the postage costs for you (and maybe offer you a multi jar discount!)
