We're delighted to announce a joint venture with Pen-Y-Lan Pork who make amazing Gold Award Winning Sausages. Mike's using our very own Firework Jerk in his sausages to create "The Pen-Y-Lan Pocket Rocket."

All Mike & Wendy's pigs are rare breed and completely free range. You may also view pictures of their pigs and read about their life stories on the Pen-Y-Lan Pork website. The pigs live a great life - just ask Mike about the time the pigs got into the cider apples (it's my fav story about them) These are some seriously Rock & Roll sows!

Each and every one of their sausages are 88% pork, giving you that succulent old fashioned pork taste. We only use the four best parts of the pigs to go into their sausages, so you know you're eating healthy, great food.

The Pen-Y-Lan Pocket Rocket is a hot, spicy sausage with a beautiful flavour and well worth tasting! We know that our customers love a chilli sausage so look out for these they're GORGEOUS!

These special sausages will be available from Saturday 19th at West kirby Farmers Market and at other events locally leading up to the Chester Food & Drink Festival at Chester Racecourse from 26th March. So check out the Pocket Rocket - We love it!

PS we gave Mike a taste of Firework Jerk in May last year, when we were testing it....he was a really great sport! This year he's got used to the heat and now we have the brilliant Pocket Rocket!
